Very silent no response to good morning. Pass me your documents. Me: I said good morning and gave my i20 and passport. She just silently returned back my i20. **VO: Why concordia ** Me: Detail explanation of why I have chosen concordia. About its curriculum and faculty. VO: Who is funding education? Me: I told my parents are funding my education with XX lacs. She asked me to scan my fingers in the biometrics. My fingers were not scanning because my hand were sweaty. She gave me paper and asked to wipe my hands and try again. This time I was able to scan and I thought my visa is approved. VO: Then she said, unfortunately, your visa cannot be approved. Try again next time. Me: Thank you officer, but could you please tell me why you are refusing me? I asked her. She said, unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason I can only tell you that you do not qualify as a F1 student. They were two people ahead of me one was from right state and other one was from University of Central Missouri. I think she refused for both of them, but I was not able to listen but the students faces we’re looking sad. They are asking very tough questions in the consulate. Please go fully prepared and don’t go with Agent universities because I don’t realize it until I reach the consulate that many students told me that the university is not good.
