Hi, I have an upcoming appointment for Dropbox for my H1-B stamping on April 15th, 2024. While creating the account for visa scheduling by mistake I selected the wrong passport expiration date due to a lag in my system. I tried starting the application from scratch but still couldn’t edit any personal information. On reaching customer support and opening the ticket they told me it couldn't be changed from their end as well and proceeded with booking the appointment. Would like some help in updating that. Want to make sure it is fixed so that it doesn’t cause any impact on my visa application.
Also would like to understand from the experience if any. Did it cause any problems and how did the decision turn out?
