Explain Your Issue: Hi, my passport expiry date is wrong on the portal and when I am trying to correct it and move ahead, I am getting an error saying "Applicant biodata is currently locked". I am currently in US and I am trying to contact support but they are not responding and just closing the tickets by mentioning solution provided . Whom do I need to escalate this issue ???? As of now I have raised 4 tickets out of which they closed 3 of them and the issue is not resolved yet, even I would have called them more than 40-50 times but no one picks the call. It's been almost a month since I am trying to resolve the issue. Could anyone please let me know how I can proceed ahead or whom should I contact as I need to visit India for my H1 stamping and attend few weddings.
