Explain Your Issue: The new portal seems to have recognized my payment for myself and my wife (H1-B and H4 respectively) but when I go and try to schedule an appointment, none of the available date options are allowing me to select the date …it keeps giving the error saying "An error has occurred" (See screenshot below)
It does not matter what OFC location you choose, you see some dates available (only until Oct or maximum by Dec) then you try selecting any of the available dates, but it keeps giving you this error.
For Mumbai, we do not even see any available dates for Oct 2023 or onwards.
I thought maybe my wife do not have her profile created for her own email address. So I created her profile and noticed her application picked up the new application I started in my application for myself and my wife (dependent in my application)..how do we solve this?
