I made the online payment for visa appointment in the old portal and tried to make the appointment initially. In the mean time, the visa appointment booking portal was migrated to the new site (http://www.usvisascheduling.com).. "http://www.usvisascheduling.com).")
When I provide the receipt number and date of payment in the new portal, I am seeing -Could not find a Receipt with given Receipt Number and Payment Date error message.
Initially, when I reached out to the customer care (phone no: 703-520-2239), they confirmed this is a known issue and they are trying to fix the issue soon. For the past one week, I cannot even reach the support team as the calls are NOT getting connected during their working hours. For the past 10 days, I can’t even reach out to the customer care and the call is not going through.
Does any one else facing similar issue or any suggestions to bypass the issue
