Explain Your Issue: Unable to retrieve DS160 application id after booking visa appointment

I need your immediate help to submit my parents DS160 application. We opened DS 160 application for my father and mother. After received DS160 application number then booked visa slot for both. We planned to submit the DS160 application before the finger prints. We successfully submitted my father's DS160 application but at the time of retrieving my mother's application we are getting the below response
"Please correct all areas in error as indicated below. Once you have finished, click the ‘Retrieve Application’ button to continue completing your online application form.
"
Could you please help us to retrieve or submit a new application and how to update the new DS160 number in the Appointment confirmation.
I am trying to reach the customer service: +91 22 62011000 but the call is not connecting.
Please help us.
