@srivi My apologies for the above 6 replies or posts about the same issue. I was getting an error when i posted saying something went wrong and I didnt realize that it got posted 6 times.

Request you to please help me to find cancel appointment option.

If you have new aplication button it will automatically cancel previous appointments. SO you will also lose any fees aid for those.

so basically if i click close application it will cancel the appointment. then you start the journey again for filling up all of the information for a new application and in the payment section you will select the payment, then you will continue following instructions where on one screen it will tell you to choose the receipt number(s) for the payment made already.
